Our service promise
A failed checklist gets one correction window of five business days at no extra charge. If it still fails, you can cancel for a full pilot-fee refund; the remaining balance is cancelled.
We confirm the scoped sample, delivery owner, reviewer and kickoff date before accepting the engagement or any payment.
Ten extra-work items on one project, one GC format and approved rates; at most three existing tickets, 20 source pages and 25 priced lines per request.
50% at accepted intake, 50% after your written acceptance. No fee tied to disputed entitlement or a GC’s payment decision; no automatic renewal.
Each draft follows the agreed GC format, links the available evidence and approved rates, checks arithmetic and shows every unresolved scope or entitlement question. The agreed job brief, source map and included handover assets are delivered with the accepted batch.
Engineering takeoffs, pricing strategy, legal entitlement, notice preservation, negotiation, GC approval and collection of cash are outside this preparation pilot.
Fixed fees are in USD; applicable taxes, if any, are additional. The written scope confirms these terms before kickoff.
The first thing you receive
Provide existing tickets, approved rates and the GC requirements. Your commercial lead approves scope; we assemble the request pack.
Request a free fit check A named delivery owner and accepted intake come before kickoff. We review up to three representative items, confirm the project requirements and agree the ten-item scope and completeness checklist.
We assemble the first draft and evidence index. Your commercial lead checks scope, rates and entitlement while we prepare the remaining drafts in parallel.
We deliver the ten drafts and a register of outstanding questions, with preparation effort and later commercial outcomes kept separate.
Why act on this backlog now
Start with items approaching the project’s actual notice, submission or billing dates, while the supporting records can still be checked. The kickoff is scheduled against your real dates after capacity is confirmed.
The test for continuing
Expand only after one real request passes your checklist and the batch shows worthwhile preparation capacity.
The reason to add a service
The target is existing field evidence that still has not become a complete request despite your current project platform—not another pricing or signature tool.
Review one request against your GC format, evidence index and approved rate calculations. We establish the value on your records before proposing ongoing operation.
The work that keeps coming back
The starting point is a real recurring backlog, not a new tool looking for a problem.
The complete role, from setup to handoff
Job setup, source mapping, the agreed batch, review corrections and the included handover assets are part of the stated engagement.
Each project has a different format, markup and review path.
We map one project, one GC format and the rate schedule your commercial lead approves.
Signed tickets and supporting records have not become a complete request.
We match the existing tickets, source pages and references for ten accepted extra-work items.
Reformatting and arithmetic keep documented work waiting.
We prepare the agreed requests using approved rates and check the calculations.
Nobody can see what is ready, waiting for approval or still missing a record.
We record each item’s status, unresolved commercial question and next owner.
Included with the engagement
These handover assets are included in the stated scope and fee.
Keep the agreed format, rate references and preparation checklist for comparable items.
Receive the accepted batch with approval status and the next action for your commercial team.
Free fit check on up to three documented items before a deposit. The fixed fee includes setup and a worked batch. Ongoing service is quoted only after measured volume, review effort and delivery cost are known.
Something concrete to work with
Define the output before implementation and check it against the way your team works.
Final scope, permissions, review requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed before delivery.
Start with the right fit
A good pilot needs a clear owner, usable records and enough recurring work to justify the effort.
Missing evidence is never recreated, and contractual entitlement requires qualified review.
Disputed scope, expired rights and a GC's payment decisions are not administrative guarantees.
Before we start
A managed AI system for one defined role. AI Acquisition configures and operates it; your named reviewer approves the decisions that need professional judgment. For this role, its job is to prepare documented extra-work requests and keep their review status visible.
That is the starting point. First identify why items remain unfinished and whether native tools or configuration already solve the problem.
Within two business days of receiving the proposed intake, we confirm acceptance or list missing inputs. The delivery clock starts on the agreed kickoff date after scope, records, templates, delivery capacity and reviewer are confirmed. Only documented waits for your missing inputs, approvals or an agreed scope change pause the affected deadline; we confirm the revised date in writing.
A failed checklist gets one correction window of five business days at no extra charge. If it still fails, you can cancel for a full pilot-fee refund; the remaining balance is cancelled. If we miss a delivery deadline for reasons within our control, you may cancel the unfinished pilot for a full refund instead of waiting. Refunds are returned within ten business days of cancellation. These remedies cover the pilot fee, not lost revenue or third-party decisions.
We promise the defined preparation work and the stated fee remedy. Preparation time saved is measured; entitlement, GC approval and payment depend on decisions outside this pilot.
Expand only after one real request passes your checklist and the batch shows worthwhile preparation capacity. You keep the delivered records and handover assets; ongoing operation is optional and separately scoped.
