01 / REVENUE DATA OPERATIONS
Digital Revenue Analyst

A managed AI system for one defined role. AI Acquisition configures and operates it; your named reviewer approves the decisions that need professional judgment.

The outcome

Explain the numbers at your next client review with a source-linked account of what happened and what still needs fixing.

How you judge it

Inspect a 50-record worked sample, the source links and a before/after correction log on your own client data.

Your first result

First findings by business day 5; initial check by day 10; approved corrections, second check and handover by day 20.

Your part

Provide approved exports or access, existing conversion definitions and one agency reviewer with client authorization. We organize the comparison, investigate the gaps and document the agreed corrections.

$2,500 for one client’s Google Ads–HubSpot workflow: one 30-day reporting period, two checks and up to three approved native configuration corrections over 20 business days.

Your investment

$2,500setup + one client pilot · USD

$1,250 at accepted intake · $1,250 after written acceptance

Your delivery window

20 business days

First findings by day 5; initial reconciliation and correction plan by day 10; approved corrections, a second check and handover by day 20 after accepted intake.

Our service promise

Checklist passed, or we fix it or refund it.

A failed checklist gets one correction window of five business days at no extra charge. If it still fails, you can cancel for a full pilot-fee refund; the remaining balance is cancelled.

We confirm the source sample, supported native changes, delivery owner, reviewer and kickoff date before accepting the engagement or payment.

The scope, acceptance and fee terms +

Included scope

One agency client, one Google Ads account, one HubSpot portal, one 30-day reporting period, up to 1,000 combined lead/deal records and 20 agreed fields per snapshot, five conversion actions and two snapshots. Up to three native field-mapping or filter corrections, each defined and approved before implementation; up to 25 representative exception records investigated, with all remaining exceptions counted and handed over.

Payment

50% at accepted intake and 50% after written acceptance. No automatic retainer; ongoing operation requires a separate scope and price.

Acceptance standard

Deliver both source-linked reconciliations, classify expected differences, defects and unknowns, complete the agreed authorized corrections and supply the change log, exception register and client-review brief. The checklist checks the work performed; it does not require Google and HubSpot totals to match or a sales result. Each correction has an agreed verification method: configuration checks or an authorized test for forward-only changes, and source comparison where historical records can change; unchanged historical totals do not by themselves mean a failed fix.

Outside this offer

No custom integrations, API builds, historical reconstruction, new tracking tags, campaign management, spending changes, primary-goal changes, autonomous external uploads or continuing monitoring. No revenue, match-rate or attribution guarantee.

How the promise works

  • The clock starts on the agreed kickoff after scope, usable records, client authorization and the named reviewer are confirmed; within two business days of proposed intake we accept it or list missing inputs.
  • The first snapshot covers the agreed 30-day period. The buyer reviews the initial findings and correction plan within five business days of day-10 delivery, then supplies a refreshed snapshot of the same period by day 17 after the agreed corrections. This is two scheduled checks, not continuous monitoring.
  • The second snapshot checks the same historical period; it cannot establish the downstream effect of every forward-only change. We agree verification evidence for each fix before intake, including configuration or authorized test evidence where appropriate. Historical replay and future revenue effects are not promised.
  • The first 50-record sample is included within the 1,000-record first snapshot; the three corrections and 25 investigated exceptions are total pilot limits, not per-snapshot allowances.
  • Your reviewer approves conversion definitions and each configuration correction before implementation. We do not change budgets, bidding, primary goals or the underlying truth of a sale, and do not send client messages or upload data without explicit authorization.
  • Draft delivery and acceptance are separate. Your normal five-business-day review window is built into the schedule; silence is not acceptance. A specific missing input, late authorization or scope change can move only the dependent date, agreed in writing.
  • If the agreed acceptance checklist fails, we correct our work within five business days at no extra cost. If it still fails, you may cancel for a full refund of pilot fees and cancellation of the unpaid balance.
  • If we miss a provider-controlled delivery deadline, you may cancel the unfinished pilot for a full pilot-fee refund; refunds are issued within ten business days.
  • Unresolvable source gaps are recorded as unknowns with a next owner, not invented values. Any accepted correction that becomes infeasible must be replaced by an agreed equivalent, removed with a written fee reduction, or handled through cancellation of the unfinished pilot.
  • Any additional platform subscription is quoted and approved before intake; existing tool licenses remain yours. Data handling, authorized access and retention are agreed before records are received.
  • You keep the editable delivered outputs and handover assets. Further clients, periods, fixes, integrations or ongoing operation require a new written scope; no automatic renewal.

Fixed fees are in USD; applicable taxes, if any, are additional. The written scope confirms these terms before kickoff.

The first thing you receive

By business day five, receive a source map and a worked 50-record sample showing what agrees, what differs for a valid reason and what needs investigation.

Provide approved exports or access, existing conversion definitions and one agency reviewer with client authorization. We organize the comparison, investigate the gaps and document the agreed corrections.

01

Check fit · before a deposit

Review up to three representative examples, current diagnostics and the proposed scope; confirm a named delivery owner and client authorization.

02

See the findings · days 5–10

First sample by day five; the initial reconciliation and proposed correction plan by day ten for the named reviewer.

03

Check again · by day 20

Implement the accepted corrections after approval, run the agreed checks on a refreshed snapshot and deliver the final register and client-review brief by day twenty.

Why act on this backlog now

Use the next client review or reporting close as the real deadline. Book only when the record-access, review and correction windows fit that date.

The test for continuing

Continue only if the remaining discrepancy work and total analyst review effort justify the separately priced ongoing role.

The reason to add a service

Your software stays.
The unfinished work gets an owner.

Google Ads, HubSpot and specialist reporting tools already connect data and surface issues. This role is for unresolved cross-system investigation and approved corrections that still need an owner; if a native setting or your current provider already completes the job, use that first.

Inspect your own source-linked sample and the before/after correction log. The founder’s growth-marketing history informs this role; its results are established separately on your records.

The work that keeps coming back

Sound familiar?

The starting point is a real recurring backlog, not a new tool looking for a problem.

01

The client asks which leads became sales, and your team starts another spreadsheet reconciliation.

02

Google Ads and HubSpot show different numbers, but nobody owns the explanation or the next fix.

03

A dashboard is connected, yet missing identifiers, inconsistent stages or duplicate events still need investigation.

The complete role, from setup to handoff

Your digital employee.
The work around the work, handled.

Job setup, source mapping, the agreed batch, review corrections and the included handover assets are part of the stated engagement.

01

Revenue Definition Map

A lead, an attributed conversion and a closed sale are different measures.

We agree the selected period, stages, sources and comparison rules before interpreting the numbers.

A reusable source map and explicit rules for a fair comparison.
02

Source-Linked Reconciliation

A connected dashboard does not explain every discrepancy.

We check up to 1,000 records per snapshot, separate valid differences from defects and investigate up to 25 representative exceptions across the pilot.

A defensible register of what agrees, what differs and what is still unknown.
03

Approved Correction Queue

Finding an issue does not get it fixed.

We implement up to three scoped, approved native mapping or filter corrections and document the before/after state.

A change log, clear owners and next actions for remaining issues.
04

Second Check & Review Brief

The team needs to know what changed before explaining it to the client.

We repeat the source comparison and check each accepted correction using its agreed verification evidence; forward-only fixes may leave historical totals unchanged.

Two comparable checks and an editable brief your team can review and present.

Included with the engagement

Keep the work useful
after the first batch.

These handover assets are included in the stated scope and fee.

Reusable Measurement Rulebook

Keep the agreed stage definitions, field mapping and exception rules for this client and workflow.

Monthly QA Checklist

Keep a repeatable checklist with named source owners and the conditions that require a fresh review; ongoing checks are separately scoped.

The metric to establishUnexplained discrepancies and net analyst review time

A source-linked reconciliation for one client, with expected differences, errors and unknowns separated

Up to three agreed native configuration corrections, with approval and a before/after record

A second check, an editable exception register and a client-review brief with explicit measurement limits

Final scope, permissions, review requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed before delivery.

Start with the right fit

A good fit when
the backlog is real.

A good pilot needs a clear owner, usable records and enough recurring work to justify the effort.

  • You manage paid lead-generation campaigns and already use Google Ads with HubSpot for the selected client.
  • A repeated discrepancy remains after native diagnostics and your reporting or attribution tools are checked.
  • Your agency and client can authorize record access and name an owner for conversion definitions and changes.
  • The client account has enough recurring work and an agreed budget to justify a $2,500 pilot; spend alone does not prove value.
Where the scope stops +

No promise of perfect attribution, matching totals, incremental revenue, ROAS improvement or client retention.

New integrations, historical data reconstruction, bespoke APIs, website tagging changes, CRM migrations and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped.

Your team retains budget, bidding, primary-conversion-goal and sales-stage decisions; no unapproved data upload or client communication.

Before we start

Questions about
this workflow.

What exactly is a digital employee?+

A managed AI system for one defined role. AI Acquisition configures and operates it; your named reviewer approves the decisions that need professional judgment. This role prepares and checks the revenue-data work; your agency retains the client relationship and measurement decisions.

Why not use Google, HubSpot or an attribution tool?+

Google Ads, HubSpot and specialist reporting tools already connect data and surface issues. This role is for unresolved cross-system investigation and approved corrections that still need an owner; if a native setting or your current provider already completes the job, use that first.

Does every discrepancy mean our tracking is broken?+

No. Different definitions, reporting windows and attribution rules can produce valid differences. We classify those separately from errors and unknowns; matching totals are not the acceptance test.

What does the €200 million track record mean?+

It refers to revenue generated through the founder’s prior growth-marketing and AI work, as supplied by the founder. It is background experience, not results from this new digital-employee offer or a promise for your account.

What happens if the agreed work is not delivered?+

A failed checklist gets one correction window of five business days at no extra charge. If it still fails, you can cancel for a full pilot-fee refund; the remaining balance is cancelled. A provider-controlled missed delivery deadline also lets you cancel the unfinished pilot for a full pilot-fee refund; see the written scope and fee terms.

Can you promise better ROAS or stop a client leaving?+

No. The promise covers the scoped checks, authorized corrections and handover. Revenue, campaign performance, attribution matching and retention are measured separately and are not guaranteed.

What happens after the pilot?+

Continue only if the remaining discrepancy work and total analyst review effort justify the separately priced ongoing role. You keep the editable outputs; further work has a separately agreed fee and scope.
